Artist Statement
Emanuel Congregation has a unique space, small by most shul standards, and beautifully designed by Barry L. Aaronson. The feeling is intimate, so it was decided that the larger Creation and Shabbat windows that faced the street should be full-color, while the Four Festival windows along the interior back wall should be only paint and stain on clear glass so as not to overwhelm the space.
